Patrick Garcia

Patrick Garcia is a Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Macquarie University's Department of Management. He holds a PhD in Business from the Australian National University and a Psychology degree from De La Salle University. Previously, he worked at the University of Vermont as an Assistant Professor. His research focuses on workplace aggression/deviance and career self-efficacy among adolescents and older workers, published in top journals like Journal of Applied Psychology and Leadership Quarterly.
