Patrick Flynn is the Matthew and Soogi Hong Fellow and Assistant Professor of Management at North Carolina State University's Poole College of Management, Department of Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.
