Patrick Bruce

Patrick Bruce is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Music at Auburn University, where he teaches guitar, directs guitar ensembles, jazz combos, and co-directs Sonic Nation, Auburn’s commercial music ensemble. He holds a BA from Auburn University and an MEd from Troy University. Bruce has been a full-time professional teacher at Opelika High School for 20 years, establishing a commercial music ensemble and digital audio workspace class, while also maintaining a private teaching studio for 25 years. As a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, he actively performs in theatrical productions, church specials, and local events in the East Alabama area.
