Patrick Barrett

Patrick Barrett, JD, is an Instructor at the School of Law at Creighton University. He specializes in labor and employment law, representing private and public sector clients in federal and state court proceedings, agency litigation, and appellate work. His practice includes collective bargaining, EEO/affirmative action, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) matters.
