Patricia Costello

Patricia (Kate) Costello is an Adjunct Professor in the Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management Department at Pompea College of Business, University of New Haven. With over three decades of experience in the food and party industry, she has co-owned a balloon and singing telegram company (GiggleGrams) serving corporate clients like Sears, Macy's, and McDonalds, and operated a catering business (Nectar & Ambrosia Catering, LLC) specializing in unique culinary experiences. She is currently studying food anthropology and colonial hearth cooking.
