Pascal Alberti

Pascal Alberti is a permanent University Professor at the University of Technology of Compiègne, affiliated with the COSTECH research laboratory (EA 2223) and member of the CRY team. He serves as Head of the cross-functional Innovative Project Management department while holding critical institutional roles as Secularism Officer and Radicalization Officer.

His research centers on developing methods and tools to support innovation, with current emphasis on the intersection between artistic improvisation and technological advancement. Spanning Management Sciences, Industrial Engineering, and Design disciplines, his work bridges theoretical creativity frameworks with practical implementation tools. He teaches the GE38 UV course focusing on theoretical elements of creativity and innovation support methodologies.

Based at COSTECH's Compiègne campus (57 avenue de Landshut), Professor Alberti operates within France's technological university system with direct administrative responsibilities for departmental leadership and campus security initiatives related to secularism and radicalization prevention.
