Paramythiotis Spyridon

Paramythiotis Spyridon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology at the University of Ioannina. His research focuses on microbial diversity in food fermentation processes, food safety, and the application of molecular techniques in food microbiology. He leads the Microbiology Laboratory and has published extensively on topics such as wine microbiology, lactic acid bacteria, and biotechnology applications in food systems.
