Angel Joy Gonzalez

Angel Joy Gonzalez is a Professor at the Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of León. Her career focuses on food microbiology and safety, particularly in dairy products and antimicrobial resistance.

Earlier studies focus on microbial characterization of traditional cheeses and stress physiology of lactic acid bacteria.
