Paolo Marra is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Catanzaro Magna Græcia, affiliated with the Department of Law, Economics and Sociology (DiGES). His academic focus includes Roman Law, European Legal History, and Legal Obligations. He holds a PhD in Roman Law of Obligations (XVI Cycle) and has conducted research grants in Roman Law.
Research Highlights: Specialized in the foundations of European law derived from Roman jurisprudence, with notable work on fiduciae legal concepts. His monograph "Fiduciae causa" (2018) earned the Special Prize from the Faculté de droit de l'Université de Fribourg.
