Pamela Seales is a Lecturer in the Curriculum and Instruction Department at the University of Kentucky since 2014. She holds a M. Ed. in Reading and Literacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Geneseo State University. Prior to her faculty role, she spent eight years as a researcher with the Collaborative Center for Literacy Development, overseeing Kentucky’s Reading First Federal program evaluations. She also served two four-year terms as vice chair of the Jessamine County Board of Education.
Her professional experience includes classroom leadership in combined third/fourth-grade settings in Wisconsin. Current affiliations include the College of Education’s faculty and a physical office at 343 Dickey Hall.
