POPA GHEORGHE

Prof. Dr. Popa Gheorghe is a university professor and doctoral supervisor at Romanian-American University, specializing in forensic science and criminology. With 34 years of professional activity in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he has held high-ranking positions including Deputy Chief and Chief of the Romanian Police, Rector of the AI Cuza Police Academy, and Director of the Institute of Forensic Science.
