GAMENȚ NICULAE

GAMENȚ NICULAE is a Ph.D. Assistant Lecturer at the Romanian-American University, holding a Doctor in Legal Sciences (2013) and a Master in Criminal Legal Sciences (2007) from the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Police Academy. He has been an associate scientific researcher at the Institute of Legal Research "Acad. Andrei Rădulescu" under the Romanian Academy since 2011.
