PAULA VAZQUEZ RODRIGUEZ

Paula Vázquez Rodríguez is a Professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Faculty of Administration and Business Management and the Department of Business Organization and Marketing. She is also associated with the Institute of Agricultural Biodiversity and Rural Development (IBADER). Her academic career includes a doctorate from the same university, focusing on the antecedents and consequences of workplace bullying (mobbing) among Galician prison staff (2010). Her research interests span organizational behavior, workplace psychology, entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, innovation management, and business strategy. She contributes to the CVSO research group on sustainable value creation in organizations, as well as groups focusing on quantitative methods in agri-food management and business strategies.
