PATRICIA REBOREDO RODRIGUEZ

Patricia Reborredo Rodriguez is a researcher at the Institute of Agroecology and Food within the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Vigo. Her work focuses on the intersection of food chemistry, nutrition, and omics technologies.

Her research group, F&Homics (Food and Health Omics), specializes in analyzing food composition and health-related biomarkers, particularly in olive products. She earned her doctorate in 2015 from the University of Vigo with a thesis on the aromatic and phenolic characterization of Galician olives and olive oils.
