Otto Kallscheuer

Dr. Otto Kallscheuer is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Sassari, Italy. His academic career spans institutions in Germany, Italy, and Switzerland, including teaching at Freie Universität Berlin, University Roma 3, and Università di Sassari.
