Dr. Olivia Rundle is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Tasmania’s College of Arts, Law and Education. She specializes in family law, dispute resolution, and civil procedure. Since 2001, she has contributed to research, teaching, and community engagement, including roles as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Mediator. She reduced her workload to part-time in 2023 but continues teaching, research, and writing. Her leadership roles include Chair of the Board of Women’s Legal Service Tasmania (2020–2021) and President of the Australian Dispute Resolution Research Network (2016).
Education: PhD in Law (University of Tasmania, 2010), BA-LLB (2001), and GradCert in Legal Practice (1997), all from the University of Tasmania. Admitted to legal practice in 1998.
