Danielle Bozin

Dr Danielle Bozin is a Senior Lecturer at Queensland University of Technology's Faculty of Business and Law and School of Law. As a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Nationally Accredited Mediator, she focuses on reducing the anti-therapeutic effects of legal processes through alternative dispute resolution and therapeutic jurisprudence.

• PhD from Griffith University
• Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Business Communications from QUT

Her research investigates:

• International family law with emphasis on gender, child rights, and transnational families
• Therapeutic jurisprudence applications in courtrooms and dispute resolution
• Non-verbal communication in legal settings, particularly for neurodiverse witnesses
