Olga Tregaskis

Olga Tregaskis is Professor of International HRM and Pro-Vice Chancellor for Social Sciences at the University of East Anglia (UEA), where she heads Norwich Business School and the Employment Systems and Institutions research group. She directs initiatives like the ESRC Centre for Climate and Social Transformations (CAST) and What Works Wellbeing, focusing on organizational learning, wellbeing, and climate adaptation.

Her research examines HRM in multinational firms, skills ecosystems, and sustainability transformation. Recent publications analyze global norm-making, workplace wellbeing strategies, and sustainability change agents. She holds a PhD from Cranfield University and serves as Associate Editor for Human Relations.

Articles reveal interdisciplinary themes: organizational behavior in climate adaptation, transnational HR practices, and wellbeing intervention design.
