Olga Perdikaki is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Science at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. She previously served on the faculty of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Her research focuses on retail operations, supply chain management, and the integration of marketing and operations. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.S. from the University of Florida, and a B.S. from the University of Piraeus, Greece.
Perdikaki teaches operations and supply chain management, statistics, and service operations at the undergraduate level. Her research has been published in journals such as Manufacturing & Service Operations Management and Production and Operations Management. She received the Dissertation Completion Fellowship from UNC and was a finalist for the M&SOM Best Operations Management Paper Award (2012–2015).
Her work explores topics like retail budget allocation, promotional display optimization, and outsourcing strategies. She actively contributes to professional organizations like INFORMS, MSOM, and POMS, organizing sessions and judging student competitions. She serves on the editorial review board of Production and Operations Management and reviews for top journals including Management Science and Journal of Operations Management.
