Dr. Oisin Suttle is an Associate Professor of Law at Maynooth University, joining in 2019. He specializes in legal and political theory, international economic law, and public international law. His research addresses moral and political questions in international economic governance, including distributive justice, treaty interpretation, and the legitimacy of international institutions.
Education: LL.B. (University College Dublin), M.Sc. in International Relations (University of Oxford), Ph.D. in the philosophy of international economic law (University College London). Prior to academia, he practiced commercial law in Dublin and is qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and England/Wales.
