Professor Ofer Raban is a Professor and Elmer Sahlstrom Senior Faculty Fellow at the School of Law, University of Oregon. He holds a B.A. from City College of New York, J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a Doctorate in Legal Philosophy from Oxford University. His research focuses on constitutional doctrine, judicial philosophy, and the intersection of constitutional law with legal theory. He has authored two books and numerous articles, including works on judicial formalism, free speech, and the role of the Supreme Court.
