Kenneth Grad

Dr. Kenneth Grad is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba, specializing in criminal law, evidence, legal history, and human rights. His research examines hate speech regulation, constitutional law, and historical contexts of legal prosecutions.
