Nikolina Filiposki is a research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Digital Governance at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), supervised by Prof. Dr. Yannis Theocharis. She collaborates with Prof. Dr. Nils Weidmann at the University of Konstanz on the project Transparency in Content Moderation, funded by the Max Planck Humboldt Research Award granted to Prof. Margaret E. Roberts (UC San Diego).
Her research focuses on social media governance, user-centric approaches to content moderation, and methodological innovations in online surveys. She is involved in projects like ToxicAInment, What Makes Social Media Content Harmful? A User-Centric Comparative Approach, and the Observatory for Political Texts in European Democracies.
