Friederike Quint is a research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Digital Governance at the Technical University of Munich. She is actively involved in the "Transparency in Content Moderation" research project, a collaboration between TUM and the University of Konstanz, funded by the 2022 Max Planck Humboldt Research Award granted to Prof. Margaret E. Roberts (UC San Diego). She collaborates closely with Professors Yannis Theocharis (TUM) and Nils Weidmann (University of Konstanz).
Education:

Her research focuses on the transparency and societal impacts of online content moderation, public perceptions of platform governance, social media incivility, and political communication dynamics in both digital and traditional contexts. Her recent publications address community guideline complexity and user attitudes toward content regulation.
