Nikita is a Research Officer in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative (TII) and a PhD student in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She serves as the Head Tutor for the Inclusive Leadership Through Behavioural Science LSE Online Certificate Course, which she co-developed for industry professionals. Her research focuses on bridging gaps in global Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) by examining non-Western contexts, particularly behavioral barriers and opportunities in multinational workforces.
