Niketta Womack

Dr. Niketta Womack (DrPH, MPH) is an Adjunct Faculty member at Georgia State University's School of Public Health. She works as an epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia, where she serves as a senior data manager for STD Prevention projects. Her expertise includes designing data collection systems, epidemiological analysis, and advising on antimicrobial-resistant Neisseria gonorrhea surveillance.

• Education: Doctor of Public Health in Public Health Leadership (Georgia Southern University), Master of Public Health in Epidemiology (Tulane University), and Bachelor of Science in Biology (Georgia State University).

Dr. Womack's research focuses on epidemiological methods, disease surveillance, and public health data systems. Her career spans roles in emergency preparedness, outbreak mitigation, and national disaster response as a US Public Health Service commissioned officer since 2011.
