Nika Stelman

Nika Stelman is an Instructor at the Institute for Gender and the Economy (Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto), teaching the undergraduate Commerce elective course "Designing for Equality." She also serves as Chief of Staff at BenchSci and as a Peer Group Advisor for the Forté Foundation’s MBALaunch Program.

Nika’s research and professional work focus on leveraging design thinking and business design to create innovative solutions for clients across sectors. Her expertise spans strategic design, consulting, and visual design methods, with a particular emphasis on gender equity in commerce.

She has collaborated with organizations such as Deloitte, Loblaws, Telus, and food-policy entities like KK&P, while actively supporting women in business through leadership roles in the Women in Management Association and the Business Design Club at Rotman.
