Beatrix Dart

Beatrix Dart is a Professor of Strategic Management at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, where she has served since 2000. She is currently the Academic Director of Experiential & Global Learning and Executive Director of the Initiative for Women in Business, advancing gender equity in corporate leadership. Dart also chairs The 30% Club Canada steering committee and serves as a corporate director for EllisDon.

• Education: PhD in Economics, MA in Economics, and MIS at University of Konstanz, Germany.

Her research focuses on gender diversity, women in business leadership, and strategic growth for international companies. She has led initiatives to develop executive education programs like Rotman's One-Year Executive MBA and Global Executive MBA, emphasizing experiential learning.

Dart's scholarly work includes contributions to corporate governance through a gender-diverse lens, exemplified by her 2021 publication on gender diversity governance.
