Nicholas Aconfora

Nicholas Aconfora serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in Communication at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU). He holds a BS in Communication from Eastern Connecticut State University (2015) and an MS in Strategic Communication from CCSU (2021). Currently a Manager at ESPN Next, he has extensive industry experience including content production for ESPN's College Football/Basketball, SportsCenter, Outside the Lines, and E:60. His expertise spans sports media, personal branding, and leadership development.

Awards: 2019 Sports Emmy for Outstanding Sports News/Feature Anthology (E:60) and 2019 Peabody Award (Outside the Lines).

Courses Taught: Sports Communication (Comm 458) and Hustle & Grow (Comm 286). Known for fostering inclusive learning environments through mentorship and practical career coaching.
