Dr. Neil Winn is a Senior Lecturer in European Studies at the School of Politics and International Studies, University of Leeds. His research focuses on European Union foreign and security policy, including CFSP/CSDP, EU global strategy, and intelligence analysis. He holds a PhD in International Relations, an MA in European Politics, and a BA in Politics with Law.
Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate modules on Europe in the World and postgraduate courses on European Defence and Security Analysis. He coordinates the MA Dissertation module and has previously served as Director of Learning and Teaching and Director of Student Education in his school.
