Neil S. Greenspan is a Professor of Pathology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and Director of the Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Laboratory at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. He holds dual MD and PhD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, with additional training in Molecular Immunology at Washington University and Clinical Pathology at Barnes Hospital.
