Neil Gunningham is a Professor at the RegNet School of Regulation and Global Governance at the Australian National University (ANU). He holds a PhD from ANU and has expertise in law, criminology, and interdisciplinary social science. His current research focuses on climate governance, financial markets in climate mitigation, and the fossil fuel divestment movement. Previously, he was a Distinguished Research Professor at Cardiff University and a Fulbright Senior Scholar at UC Berkeley.
