Neil Clough

Neil Clough is an Adjunct Professor at the School for Professional Studies, Saint Louis University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Service and Environmental Studies from Baylor University (1994), a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma (1999), a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School (2001), and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from Air University (2008).

His research focuses on Sub-Saharan African culture and politics, particularly the roles of military forces in the region. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member, contributing to the School's academic programs.
