Alphanso Adams

Lt. Col. Alphanso "Fonz" Adams is a National Security Affairs Fellow at the Hoover Institution for the 2023-2024 academic year. As a career Cyberspace Operations Officer in the U.S. Air Force, he brings expertise in network operations, cybersecurity, and military strategy through his roles in communications squadrons, Air Force Special Operations Command, and the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capability Office.
