Neil Botten

Neil Botten is a Visiting Lecturer in Strategic Management at the University of Westminster's Westminster Business School. Previously, he served as Principal Lecturer, Director of MBA programmes, and Deputy Head of the Marketing & Business Strategy Department. With a background in production, marketing, and strategic planning, Neil consults globally for entities like the BBC, Shell, and British Telecom, and mentors public-sector executives.

His research explores foresight, complex adaptive systems, and innovation, while his teaching emphasizes Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and Futures Studies. He has authored eight practitioner-focused books, including works on global strategy (2008) and stakeholder marketing.
