Navarajah Subramaniam serves as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Rotorcraft and Vertical Flight, Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he contributes to advanced rotorcraft research and education in vertical flight technologies.

He teaches courses spanning Rotorcraft and VTOL Design Basics, Engineering Mechanics III, Helicopter Flight Dynamics, Safety and Certification of Aircraft, and specialized labs including VTOL Sizing and Design.
