Nathaniel George is a Lecturer in Politics of the Middle East at SOAS, University of London. His work bridges global political history and international relations, focusing on revolution, counterrevolution, sectarianism, and US foreign policy in the Arab world.

His recent publications analyze the intellectual history of counterrevolutionaries like Charles Malik, the Lebanese National Movement’s constitutional challenges, and transnational solidarity networks.
