Nathaniel B. Jones

Nathaniel B. Jones is an Associate Professor of Art History and Archaeology and Director of Graduate Studies at Washington University. His work focuses on Greco-Roman art's intersections with social practice, theory, and aesthetics. He holds a PhD from Yale University (History of Art) and a BA from Grinnell College (Classics and Art History).

Research emphasizes meta-pictorial reflections in Roman art, spatial-temporal dynamics, and art collection practices.
