Nathan Moore

Nathan Moore is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney's School of Medical Sciences, part of the Faculty of Medicine and Health. His research focuses on integrating Virtual Reality (VR) technologies into clinical education, emergency medicine practices, and medical simulation methodologies. He is particularly interested in improving clinician training through innovative tools like VR-based conversational agents for de-escalation skills and VR interventions for mental health conditions such as depression during pandemics.

His work also addresses challenges in healthcare safety, including staff experiences in managing aggression in emergency departments. He has contributed to studies on simulation-based training for CPR and defibrillation protocols, emphasizing evidence-based approaches to enhance clinical outcomes.
