Nathan Link

Nathan Link is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Music Department at Centre College. He holds a doctorate from Yale University, with a dissertation on Handel's operas. His research interests span African music, popular music, German Romanticism, and traditional American folk and modern acoustic music. He leads a student ensemble that has toured nationally and internationally.

Dr. Link received the Governor's Award in Arts Education in 2015, recognizing him as Kentucky's top arts educator. He teaches courses such as 'Music History of the Western World 1: Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque Music, Self, and Society' and is involved in online music education initiatives.
