Nathan Bowling is a Professor of Psychology and Associate Director of the Ph.D. Program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida's College of Sciences. His research focuses on occupational stress, counterproductive work behavior, and research participant carelessness. He has published over 65 peer-reviewed articles in top-tier journals and secured over $1M in external funding since 2021.
