Dr. Natalie Schell-Busey is an Associate Professor in the Department of Law & Justice Studies at Rowan University's College of Humanities & Social Sciences, where she coordinates the MA in criminal justice program. She earned her Ph.D. in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Her research focuses on white-collar crime, gender and crime relationships, criminological theory, social media's connection to crime, and meta-analytic methodologies. She is currently investigating the impact of extralegal variables on OSHA violations and gender differences in cyberbullying prevention.
Her recent publications demonstrate a consistent focus on corporate crime deterrence, bullying dynamics, and law enforcement practices, employing meta-analytic and empirical approaches across diverse criminal justice contexts.
