Natalie Atkin is a Professor in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Windsor, serving as Co-ordinator of the Fresh Start program which provides targeted academic support to struggling students in the faculty.
Her professional focus centers on developing academic intervention strategies to enhance student retention and success within humanities and social sciences disciplines. She has implemented support frameworks that address foundational study skills and disciplinary literacy challenges faced by undergraduate students.
Her service contributions have been formally recognized through:
