Nando Micale

Nando Micale is Lecturer in Urban Design at the University of Pennsylvania's Weitzman School of Design. As Principal at LRK's Philadelphia studio, his 30-year career encompasses city-wide urban design, waterfront communities, transit-oriented development, and mixed-income housing.

Notable projects include award-winning plans for Philadelphia's Central Delaware Riverfront, Omaha's urban framework, and housing revitalizations that secured $500M+ in federal funding. A licensed architect and AICP-certified planner, Micale is recognized with multiple AIA, ASLA, and smart growth awards for innovative urban design solutions.
