Nancy Harding

Nancy Harding is an Adjunct Professor at National Louis University (NLU) in the College of Professional Studies and Advancement since the mid-1990s. She teaches in the Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Her expertise spans Online/Blended Learning, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Quality Management.

• Education: B.S. Management (Elmhurst College), M.B.A. (Illinois Benedictine University), Quality Manager Certification (DePaul University), ASQC Quality Auditor, NAPM Certified Purchasing Manager.
• Certifications: Lifetime certification in project management and leadership via NAPM.

Her research focuses on South America and Mexico as manufacturing alternatives to China, evidenced by white paper reports. Professional interests include adult student motivation and barriers to learning in hybrid education settings. She has extensive international experience in supplier development across Asia, Mexico, and South America.
