Prof. Dr. Nadina Müller is a Lecturer and Head of the Research Group for Food Technology at the ZHAW School of Life Sciences and Facility Management. Her work focuses on Food Process Engineering, Sustainable Food Systems, and Valorisation of Side Streams. She holds a PhD in Food Process Engineering from ETH Zurich and has extensive industry experience with Bühler AG, specializing in food structure design and food processing projects.
