Nadia Naffi

Nadia Naffi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning Studies at the Faculty of Education, Université Laval, where she conducts research at the intersection of digital technology, artificial intelligence, and educational design.

Her research focuses on:

• Professional development for learning experience designers in the digital and AI age
• Designing innovative inclusive learning experiences integrating training and skills upgrading
• Ethical, critical, and responsible AI implementation in education and professional development
• Digital empowerment strategies to strengthen critical thinking across all age groups
• Educational approaches for collective cyber resilience against disinformation and cyber threats

Dr. Naffi employs intergenerational, intersectoral, multidisciplinary frameworks to address evolving job market demands while promoting responsible technology adoption through systemic learning pathway optimization and performance engineering methodologies.
