NADEGE REBOUL-MAUPIN

Nadège Reboul-Maupin is a Professor of private law at Paris-Saclay University, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Political Science and the Department of Private Law at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ). She co-directs the Institute of Judicial Studies (IEJ) and the Master 2 Structures and Legal Techniques of Business (STJA) program at UVSQ.

Her research interests span Property Law, Environmental Law, Health Law, and Commercial/Distribution Law, with a focus on legal frameworks for business and new technologies through the Business Law and New Technologies Laboratory (DANTE).

Reboul-Maupin has held leadership roles including Head of L2 Law Education (since 2015), former Director of the Private Law Department (2006–2009), and Deputy Director (2001–2006). She participates in judicial training as a member of the CAPA jury (since 2018) and CNB Real Estate Law specialization jury (since 2017).
