Muhammet Kesgin

Dr. Muhammet Kesgin is an Associate Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology's Saunders College of Business, Department of International Hospitality and Service Innovation. With a PhD from Coventry University and BSc/MSc from Akdeniz University, he brings international industry experience from Turkey, Germany, France, and the United States. His research focuses on consumer behavior, wellbeing, and customer experience design in hospitality, tourism, and events.
