Moya Bailey

Dr. Moya Bailey is an Assistant Professor at Northeastern University, affiliated with the Department of Cultures, Societies, and Global Studies and the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program. Her work explores how marginalized groups utilize digital media to advance social justice, emphasizing self-affirmation and health promotion. She critically examines representations of race, gender, and sexuality in media and medicine.
